i really wanted to bike today because everything hurts but my fam was heading to Logan early this morning and I didn't want to wake up early enough to get a decent ride in so I just ran 2 and called it good.

Biked today today to give the body a break. Just went an hour on the MCT and I forgot how much I liked biking on it. my knees have started to hurt again a lil bit these past couple of days which isn't the best because they haven't bugged me once for 4ish months. I think it's just  all the wear and tear of the season finally getting to me. But i'm definitely going to cross train the rest of the week and we'll see how they are in Monday

biked again today for an hour on the MCT. It was solid and my knees felt fine. Also just realized I haven't done my abs and hips once since state whoops!
